Integrator configuration panel formatting issues

Support for HA Clustering	KwikWork Integrator can now support HA clustering without creating a shared folder. The implementation allows the engine to be deployed in a clustered HA implementation
New Intra-dependent choice lists	Users are now able to apply unlimited filters using the same result set
Restrict metadata to database	KwikWork Integrator now prevents users from creating or updating documents with data that is not contained within a mapped choice list
Support for numeric data types	Integrator choice lists now support numeric data types
Search rules now use version series ID	KwikWork Integrator Search template rules now use the version series ID preventing configurations from being lost when search templates are edited
