New Features
| Load from Context | Users can now add documents from the Context of an existing document. Click on the Clone button and an entry template will appear with all of the metadata filled from the document that is currently selected |
Browse | KwikWork users can now browse folders and documents from KwikWork. KwikWork also adds a filter that allows you to turn on and off the visual tree indicator. |

The handling of emails has been enhanced. KwikWork no longer requires the use of NMO and the solution is now email client agnostic. KwikWork can now send an email directly from KwikWork and capture it into the repository automatically. Users can now respond to emails sent from KwikWork and they will automatically be added back to the conversation. Using the get case number button a user can send and email to a case from any email client. If attachments are sent from the repository KwikWork will de-duplicate them so that there aren't multiple instances in your repository. KwikWork can now support multiple email classes and attachment classes to meet all of your solution needs. KwikWork can even find all of the emails for a contact and actually direct you to an individual email in its original context | |
